What a remarkable experience at this year’s London Book Fair. I was there to promote my book, Outsmarting Obesity: A Doctor Reveals Why We Gain Weight, Why It Matters, and What We Can Do About It, and it was thrilling to see such a positive reception.

I also introduced my forthcoming book, Invisible Killers: The Truth About Environmental Genocide, co-authored with my colleague and friend, noted biochemist and entrepreneur Rik Deitsch, MS.

I shared exciting news about my first novel, a medical mystery thriller, and a screenplay I have just completed. It was amazing to connect with publishing professionals who are eager for fresh ideas and meaningful stories.

Next, I will be at the Los Angeles Times’ Festival of Books, April 26-27, on the University of Southern California campus, and I would love to continue the conversation there.
